We have been customers of Liddells Pharmacy for 30 years. Started by Bob Liddell, and now capably run by Behareh and her team of wonderful pharmacists and knowledgeable assistants we would not go to anyone else. They are caring and kind, with longstanding links to the Pukekohe community . Not only do we go there for medical prescriptions and advice but they also carry a great range of over-the-counter medicines and unique gifts. All at reasonable prices and with generous loyalty vouchers. In these days of impersonal places such as "pharmacy supermarkets" we really value the personal relationship we have with Behareh and her team. ~ Jenni S

You won't find a better pharmacy Anywhere. All the staff and pharmacists are just so amazing, always cheerful, kind and welcoming. They give excellent advice on over the counter medicine's, dressings etc. There is a fantastic range of products from makeup, gifts, assorted medical etc, suitable for any budget. Pharmacist service is so far above and beyond. They genuinely care. Always take the time to talk to you about any new medicine's prescribed, and also give printed fact/information sheets to take home. I honestly believe this is the very best pharmacy, beyond impressed. ~ Michelle M

I had a fantastic experience at Liddels Pharmacy. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed, included an ear assessment for my 9 months baby due to an ongoing ear infection. The service was quick, and they took the time to answer all my questions with care and professionalism. The store was clean, well-stocked, and organized, making it easy to find everything. As usual I have just received the most awesome service from the team at Liddells Pharmacy. They always go out of their way and make time to chat and listen to my needs before suggesting products. They know my name and the names of all my family members. This is good old fashioned health service that sadly is so hard to come by these days. The team at Lidells Pharmacy give fabulous service and advice. They are very patient with my elderly mother who often pops in for a chat and asks for advice with minor ailments. They always make her feel valued and give real help. She recently had her ears cleaned by the visiting nurse and although it was a difficult situation we had a great outcome. If there were more stars I would be giving them. Excellent pharmacy, every time I go in they are so helpful and knowledgable. I thought I had strept throat and couldn't get into a doctor and no time to go to A&E so I found they did rat tests, 15 minutes later I was told it was positive and got given antibiotics. So friendly and eager to help! Definitely recommend this pharmacy, i am switching from the one I usually go to ~ Sophie H

Best pharmacy in Pukekohe, hands down! Awesome, friendly staff. Consistently great service. Best of all though - the Liddells team have the all-important knowledge and advice to bring me back time and again. Nobody needs the impersonal nature of the big chain stores, when Liddells provides more than just products. Liddell's Pharmacy Team are ever willing to help, with a ready smile and a competent knowledge of both products and medications. It is well stocked with a range of interesting merchandise and useful pharmaceuticals. There is a rear entrance with parking off Seddon Lane adjacent to Countdown. It is also convenient for other King Street shops and the Farmers Mall. First class. ~ Carleton B

Liddells has been such an amazing support throughout my time visiting them. They are my go to pharmacy for advice and friendly service. They make such an effort to go above and beyond, help and support you. It's so important to have trust and faith when receiving advice around medicine and I 100% feel it with them. This morning I walked along King Street and wandered into a few shops on the way. some shop assistants were engaging, some were too busy with other things. I stopped at Liddells Pharmacy not sure of what I needed. The young ladies in the shop were very helpful. They understood what i was looking for. I've been a customer of Liddells Pharmacy for about 15 years. All this time I have found the staff to be friendly, helpful and professional. When collecting my prescriptions if I have new medications there is always an information pamphlet or a discussion with a chemist. The store is always immaculate and well stocked. Did you know that there is a nurse at Liddells - this is a good example of independent pharmacy leading innovation in a challenging retail space. The nurse can freeze skin tags, soon perform weight loss management with products such as wegovy and they also provide infusions (vitamin and antibiotics) Great to see local pharmacies supporting communities ~ Jagrut L

The staff is amazing! I stopped in to get my Booster shot yesterday, they were stretched to the limit with a rush of people queing up for theirs as well. It was hot, chaotic and busy. Our family pharmacy is amazing. Plenty of helpful, knowledgeable staff who know your name. I’ve had great advice from skincare for teens, allergies, coughs and colds to baby care and organic products.
